Partial vinification in wood for the Chardonnay from Les Chênes gives the Volupté lovely radiance and raciness. A wine of real depth, Volupté shows an utterly captivating side of Chardonnay where structure and vertical build play off more typical varietal flavors. This is such a gorgeous wine.
