Mesta is made from 92% Temranillo and 8% Merlot. These grapes are pneumatically pressed, vinified classically, with no carbonic maceration, in temperature-controlled stainless steel (no barrel aging). Warm black cherry aroma, plump and fruit-drivin, with a flavor of raspberry jam.
