Rated 89 – The NV Brut Nature is a very pretty, airy Champagne that shows the aromatic and flavor complexity typical of a wine made with a good amount (30%) of perpetual reserve, that in this case goes back to 1998. Dried orchard fruit, crushed flowers, mint, almonds and herbs give the Brut Nature its distinctive, savory personality. I would prefer to drink the Brut Nature over the next few years, as it is a bit frail. This release is based on 2016. Disgorged: May, 2018.
