Bordeaux is associated primarily with red wine and secondarily with dessert wine. The Bordeaux Blanc often goes by the name Graves, Pessac-Lèognan, or Entre-Deux-Mers, and occupy a small yet longstanding space in Bordeaux’s repertoire. The grapes that compose this white bordeaux is mostly Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon, and make up about 15% of the annual Bordeaux harvest.
