Philadelphia happens to have some amazing restaurants that combine great food with good wine. Stephen Starr just happens to own many of them. Deciding among such great restaurants such as Parc, The Love and Tulula’s Garden is always a quandary for me. This was the first time in 3 years that I visited Talula’s Garden and it did not disappoint. The Crispy Branzino was probably the best branzino that I have ever eaten. We chose a nice dry Piquepoul rosé, les vignobles foncalieu. I highly recommend.
