I recently had the pleasure of dining at Lizzie Keays, a restaurant owned by Chef Billy Trudsoe, who appeared on Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen Season 21. While the restaurant has been operating for the past few years, Chef Trudsoe is the new owner and has wonderfully updated the menu. I highly recommend the Pork Ribeye paired with a bottle of Frank Family Chardonnay. If you’re in the Warrensburg area and looking for a good meal at reasonable prices, it’s worth the visit.
Before I left, I was introduced to Tara, a fellow contestant on the same season as Billy, who happened to be at the restaurant the same night as me. I guess this will be the new hangout for great chefs.
