I cant think of a better place to have a glass of French wine than Baltazar . As circumstance had it, we were able to secure a lunch reservation to what is perhaps one of the best french restaurants in NYC, if not the country. Along with their fabulous food ( Steak Au Poivre was our selection) they have an incredible selection of French wine in all categories and price points. Being a warm day, we looked for something cold that would compliment our Steaks. Lily, our guide and server throughout the meal, recommended a Sainte Magdeleine Rose. It was the perfect choice.
