Hah! I don't need a john in my cellar, I just use the spot where the sump pump gathers the seeping water and expels it!

I've a weekend neighbor across the road. Until this weekend, he hadn't been to his place in many months. He said the winter was too rough for him to drive each weekend. He came back this weekend because, he said with a big chuckle, "I wanted to see the place one last time."

I buried my self in complete indulgence, found myself fatter than usual with a gigantic hangover, came out saw the sun and decided to have some hair of the old dog that bit me. I won't be listening to Snake Oil preachers any more... He almost could have been from Waco Texas...
