With daughter's veggie moukassa (eggplant subbed for meat), a nice inexpensive Nebbiolo at $26.68 (Spec's price), 13.5 pct alc/vol. Leaving the second bottle for son-in-law, since daughter is out of commission with their new young'un.

It's not eggplant subbed for meat. It is subbed for noodles. The meat should be ground lamb subbed for ground beef or sausage.

This dish had neither meat nor noodles of any kind.
