One more time I'da bet the farm I'd posted on this killer bottling. Just about ATTOIG and really swinging. Love the depth of flavors these old vine (100 yars) zins put out. Coming from Freds familys vineyards this and the Shale Terrace offer a 1-2 punch the quality of which could only be matched by Ridges' Lytton Springs and Geyserville. Clocking in at 14.5% alc and at 19 a clatter on futures this has to rank as one, if not the premier, P/Q Zin on the mkt. WW

Thanks for the note, WW. I've wanted for years to try this bottling because of your posts. Have yet to see it in store, though. Wish I woulda bought some of their mailing list a few years back -- when I could have afforded a six-pack or so.

The pasta sounds great. How do you incorporate the spinich into the dish? In the pasta or in the sauce?

Chopped and incorporated in the sauce. Tried using full leaf once and I had a pig-sty around me plate. WW
