Killed a baby! Great strucrure and depth. Shy nose but the entry and length gives away this hummers breeding. Think I'll hang this up to dry for at least another 4-6. WW

Love this winery too! I'm surprised that even wineries at this level are still having to work hard everyday to keep their exports up. I would have thought that people would be knocking down their doors for the stuff. Not found in many countries still.

Opened another for lunch yesterday. Expansion is the key. Nose, mouthfeel, and the whole getting closer. One great-to-be bottle that rite now sits on the outstanding ledge. WW
