I'm doing a wine and dinner matching tonight for a friend. The rest of the menu is okay but these two?? I've got no clue...
Soup
White Bean Soup with Wild Mushroom & Chive Mascarpone (asusming that white bean is dominant versus mushroomm....but only a guess)
Salad.
Arugula, Mint and Apple Salad with Walnuts & Buttermilk Dressing

With the soup, a CDP or a really big CDR.
With the salad, that oaky Chard you don't know what to do with.

Thanks IK. Maybe I'll get them to switch the order of the soup and salad to!. I've got a few oaky chards that I don't know what to do with...only question now is which one...... [img]http://wines.com/ubb/smile.gif[/img]
