Consists of 72% Zin, 12% Carignane, 10% Petite Sirah, 4% Grenache, 2% Mataro. 13.6% alc/vol.

Chose this to pair with supper of omelets and Canadian bacon, and it was a winner. Nose of dark zinberry fruit on a soft forest floor with promise of more pleasure in store. Note of dark chocolate joins and builds on the palate, leading to a perfect climax with a single dark chocolate square for dessert.

Wow, big wine! Would spring for a box if she hadn't already caught me on earlier purchases this month (can't get away with ANYTHING these days!). $17 per at the discounter.

Don't have any TNs on this, but I gotta say it's one of our fave wines. Really like the balance and smoothness. At $20, here, it's not an every week wine for us, but one that we find ourselves returning to when we've got a little extra money left over in the Vinofund.
