- annabanana - 11-03-2003 I'm in no way an expert on wine, so I was wondering if I could get some help to figure out what wine to serve with a dinner I'm planning! The meal is chicken parmesan with spinach salad and french bread. The guy I'm dating isn't a huge wine fan, so I'm thinking of staying away from dry wines and going with a blush or chardonnay... something of a sweeter nature. I haven't had much experience with wine, so any suggestions would be helpful.. thanks! I think you will both enjoy a Vermentino from Sardinia. They are widely available in the U.S., and you should have not problem finding a good one in your area. |
