in search of a cabernet d'an jou...anyone know of such or have an idea of producer for me?
any help appreciated...

Cabernet d'Anjou is a quality rose' wine made in the Anjou region of the Loire Valley in France.

Zin has nothing to do with it.

As the name indicates, it must be made with either Cabernet Sauvignon or (more likely) Cabernet Franc. Generally off-dry to sweet with high acidity, this rose' is fairly long-lived compared with other pink wines from the Anjou region -- and elsewhere. Alas, production of this wine is in decline.

I would ask your favorite wine merchant as to its availability.

Cheers,

Scoop
