We just enjoyed the most amazing combination: Danish Bleu Cheese and Yellowtail Shiraz - WOW! A must try - ENJOY!!

Hi Cheeselover, and welcome to the Wine Board. If you like the Shiraz with it, try a Port such as Wiskers Blake Tawny which is also from Oz.
