What would go well with pasta mixed with sundried tomatoes, roasted red peppers and grilled eggplant?

Also, any suggestions to pair with extra cheesey pizza?

I love Salice Salentino with Italian.

Would go with a Spainard with the pasta such as a tempranillo (Rioja) or garnacha or combination thereof (Navarra).

With pizza such as you describe I still love sangiovese such as in a simple Chianti.
