Thot for sure I'd posted on this beautifully structured Zin. Deep brite ruby. Nose bursts with black, blue and re berries with sweet spices and a solid core of floral notes. On the palate all hit the bricks running and the depth, balance, and lenght are killer. Solid entry, weighty center and a 4+lapper finish. Some silky tannins evident that bodes for another 2-5. From the old vines planted mostly ion 1912. Drink-em, keep-em, covet-em if you have em. Great juice. 92/95 19 on futures. 14.5% alc. WW

Had aanother of these for lunch yesterday. Married beautifully with fresh Copper river salmon marinated in zin, fresh crushed garlic, and EVOO for 30 minutes then patted dry and rubbed with Penzys' Cajun seasoning, then a short visit to the grill. Lovely stuff. Went swimmingly with our unseasonable 70* weather. WW
