Hi,
I'm wondering what wine I could use when serving tacos and fajitas. I'm just getting into wine and I love it, but there is so much to know. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Zinfandel, Zinfandel, and Zinfandel.

plus some of the spicy Rhone wines.

But the best is BEER!

A Crianza such as Palacio de Sada also works well. That one's available from Sam's Club for $8 and change, and is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Tempranillo. For a beer, nothing beats a good dark Mexican brew; we like Dos Equis Amber, and that's our staple when we visit the local Mexican restaurant.

Cheap sparklers work as well ...
