Is this a good wine to have with beef, pork, and lamb or foods from South America?

Hi Dino, and welcome to the Wine Board. It goes good with beef and lamb. Pork goes better with Pinot Noir or Beaujolais, or even a white wine. As far as South American food is concerned, it would depend on the specific food.
