We are having the following meal and are looking for a good wine to accompany it.

Description of dish: Chicken breast and caramelised apple poached in a cider, cream, mustard and tarragon sauce.

We are currently considering a Villa Maria SB 2003 or a Argento Chardonnay 2004 as we have enjoyed both wines before, but with the sauce we are unsure what would compliment it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Bally, and welcome to the Wine Board. Would go with an M-S-R Riesling Spatlese.
