A delicious blend of Shiraz (60%) Cabernet Sauvignon (20%) and Merlot (20%). This is a deeply colored black ruby purple wine opaque in the glass. Rich, big flavors of peppery blackberry, cassis, tar and hints of dark chocolate and toasty oak. An in your face blend that would pair well with certain cheese but not a main course, imho. A RP 92, fwiw. Delicious and I loved it. No heat detected from the 15.5% Alc/vol.
$15.

Saw this wine at the shop on Sunday and forgot why I needed to buy some. I won't make the same mistake twice. Will post whence it is home.
