Consumed over 2 nights, and not decanted. Deep reddish-purple in color. Nose of blueberry pie and some spice. Like flavors, adding some black plum and black cherry. Very soft. Lavish oak on the finish. Nice wine if you like that style. Anne typically does more than I do. 14.5% alc. Paid about $15 for it. FWIW, WS gave it a 90, which I'd say is too high. Also said best from '07 to '15, but I can't imagine this has the structure to last that long. Besides, if the point of this wine is the supple, juicy, youthful fruit, why wait?

Well stated Dan! Why wait?
