By the glass at Elliott's on Linden in Pinehurst, NC. Pale straw color with transparency. Grapefruit and gooseberry and lemon on the nose. Crisp taste but a slightly fuzzy texture on the palate (in a nice way.) Flavors of grapefruit and lemon drops. Quite satisfying. Retails most places for about $16-$18.
