60% Shiraz and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon. This is a wonderful, rich wine showing lush blackberry, currant, spice, chocolate and smoky oak. Not your typical oak ladden Aussie fruit bomb but a well made blend that is food friendly. Delicious. 14.5%Alc/vol. $20
This property consistantly receives medals and was listed in James Halliday's top 100 in 2002.

Popped one tonight with friends at dinner. Went nuts and served 3" thick garlic infused, salt and cracked pepper filet mignon, twice baked potatoes (secret recipe) and salad. Same notes as above but a pronounced eucalyptus nose and a hint of that flavor. A very nice wine that was loved by all.
