- Drew - 05-11-2008 Very nice Shiraz that has a duel personality at this young stage. There's some rusticity that shows with the blackberry and dark cherry flavors, a pronounced tar component and a small gaggle of course tannins. It also shows an elegant side due to the absence of noticeable oak. Moderately complex and medium to full bodied I think short term cellaring, 5 to 8 years, will produce a very good, above average, wine. 14.5% Alc/vol. $22. Very enjoyable on the eve of my birthday.
