A very nice Shiraz that I could have posted in the Best Values thread. Dark ruby in color. Big spicy, oaky nose with a hint of pepper. Not overly complex but a tasty Aussie shiraz that's very fruit forward with black fruits and a linguring finish. Oak phobes be cautious cause there's lots of oak in this bottle but not to the extent of splinters or in the St. Francis style of winemaking. The wine seems to handle the oak well due to the amount of fruit. 14% Alc/vol
$11.
