- wondersofwine - 01-09-2009 13.5% alcohol I had a glass of this at a new restaurant in town, Morgan's Chophouse. Had with Italian salad (with olives and goat cheese) in vinaigrette dressing and a few sips left for my main course of crab cheesecake (an interesting concoction of crab, cream cheese, Boursin, mushrooms, herbs in a crust.) I chose sauteed zuchhinis rather than a potato as my vegetable dish. Straw color; transparent. Crisp lemon zest nose. (Wine list described nose of apricot, peach and tropical fruits with flavors tending toward lemon and lime but I didn't find any lusher fruits on the nose.) Lemon seemed to be the main flavor element with perhaps a touch of lime. Refreshing, enjoyable and paired quite well with the salad.
