- wondersofwine - 08-13-2009 By the glass at the bar in Luigi's Restaurant in Fayetteville. I didn't ask the vintage. Dark purple-red. Raspberry/blackberry aroma--very fragrant. Lots of weight on the palate. Fruity, ripe and seductive bordering on a fruit bomb. Not peppery but provides a hint of meat/bacon. Easy to quaff. - andrawes76 - 08-24-2009 I've had Peter Lehmnann's shiraz and Clancy's for years now. Always consistent and a good deal. Except at restaurants who rape people for 3X their money. Solid burger wines. |
