Second label of Boekenhoutskloof Winery, Western Cape,South Africa. Very Nice value SA Syrah. Clear dark ruby in color. Nice glycerin texture and feel. Simple fruit forward syrah showing ripe sweet blackberry fruit with a hint of spice. Nice tar/asphalt nuances add a smitering of complexity to this nice syrah which doesn't break the bank at $9.99. 14%Alc/vol. Jancis Robinson likes it also, see below.

It's the formal version, Sir, and don't call me no yankee...I'm south of the Mason/Dixon line.
