I need 2 reds 2 whites, 2 sparkling, and 2 dessert wines to go with Italian food! Help!! I don't even know where to begin. I want to have some new and inventive wines that are not extremely well known.

However, since wine is somewhat food specific, it would be helpful if you could give us a menu.
