This isn't the Classico version that so many on the board have raved about; this is just a good quaffer at a low price.

This translucent, plum-colored wine is rich on red and dark fruit on the nose, and the main flavors include strawberry, black cherry, and plum. It's a very fruity wine, sort of Beaujolais with a kick. Paired well with red peppers stuffed with a concoction of ground turkey, basmati rice, onions, etc. The wine has enough acidity to match the tomato sauce in the turkey. 12% Alc., $8 (On The Rox, Buffalo)

Sounds like an interesting recipe. If you wouldn't mind, could you tell us what else goes in it and how did you assemble it all. Thanks.
