Is this stuff any good? They have a sale on it at a grocery store in town, $16 I think.

I think it is. I buy it from time to time, but not as much as I used to. That price is a little higher than I'm used to paying, unless it is for a specific meal. The quality is always there. But I can usually find other Riserva's a little less expensive, such as Montecello for one ($12.95 here in PA.)

97' was a very good year for it.... go ahead and buy one and give it a try. I also think it will age nicely. I may buy some more myself just for that reason.... to age them, but the problem is I will start drinking them up if I run out of my every-day drinkers.
