I just tried this at a small Frederick Wildman tasting-- This was truly "Wow" wine...
My notes aren't all that good since it was just a tasting, I bought a bottle but am saving it...
Gorgeous acidity, lots of herbs and some plummy fruit- Crying for food. Olive marinara, I'm thinking.
This was at a tasting with some pretty good CdP, Pol Roger NV Brut, A good LBV Port and some white burg, yet this was the one I bought...
