Nice deep ruby in the glass, soft fruity Barbera nose; lots more fruit on the palate, good mouthfeel, lush finish; with D's hearty minestrone. 14% alc/vol and $16.99 at Costco.
Would have preferred a lower alkie level of 12.5-13%.
