Chicken Marsala is one of my wife's favorite meals. I've never made it before but I'll give it a shot. I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions on what wine would go best served with something that already has wine in it. I have no clue when it comes to wines and what goes with what. You're better off just telling me what brand name and type of wine.

Hi Steve, and welcome to the Wine Board. A red from Southern Italy, even if it is chichen; e.g. a Nero D'Avalo. If you must have a white with it, get a gustsy one such as Cotes du Rhone Blanc. I you must have an Italian White, get the strongest Vermentino your retailer has.
