Until I start a wine appreciation etc course in Sep, I will remain in complete ignorance.
Every Friday night we order a delivery and regularly order chicken curry (how exciting).
Could someone please suggest what wines would go well with this (and what to avoid!!).

I might try a Gewurztraminer (preferably from Alsace) with the idea of a spicy wine to go with spicy chicken. If your preference is for red wines, you might try a medium-bodied Rhone or Australian shiraz.

I like Riesling with curry, and for red a Moroccan (or any other) Mourvedre.

Se the "Is Pink In?" thread elsewhere on this board, an ice cold, DRY and spicy rose work great with curries...
