A producer with perhaps the longest (and most specifically descriptive) name I've ever seen. I didn't take good notes, but it's well worth stumbling over your words to ask foodie for a bottle of this.

Medium bodied, with that gorgeous Italian on the nose and palate. Well balanced and a great food wine. We brought the bottle to a new tapas place that opened near us and it seemed to work well enough with everything from fried eggplant to smoked mussels to a delightful Garoxta cheese. Cesanese, Sangiovese, Montepulciano, and Merlot. $13 at is-wine.
