At Mr. Anretti's vintner dinner last night, this wine was paired with roulade of Atlantic salmon with horseradish and pesto on a bed of seared spinach and roasted pine nuts. Medium bodied, full of round rich fruit - an excellent wine for the salmon. $13.99 locally.
