Santa Lucia Highlands
Paired with fresh grilled yellow fin tuna, garlic mashers mixed with roasted caramelized corn and field greens with white balsamic dressing with stilton and dried cranberries. Clear garnet in color. An earthy pinot with muddled berry and tea flavors with a hint of clove. Also noted an odd nail polish scent on the nose. Actually an ok wine that paired well with the peppered tuna but not my style...Eileen liked it though. 14.2%Alc/vol. $22

I've liked this in the past.
