Shared this with a friend at his house last night after work. The bricking was so evident and a little surprising for a 3 year old pinot (13.5%Alc and $9.99)...warm storage I'm thinking. He had just bought it that afternoon. Very little fruit and astringent. Some strawberry and tea notes but the wine was "bleuch" for me. My buddy, while whincing, kept saying "you know it's not so bad" and after the forth comment he said, "yea, it's that bad" Popped a Pillar Box Red after that...all was well again.
