Garnet in color, Nose was very tight and closed but did get some bright red fruits and raspberry and wine was ligher body in feel but full in flavor. Strong acidity and some wood and reasonably strong tannins.

Opened to test. It's got the structure to last. Good focus I think. Worth the $24.99 but will need to let it rest before it starts to show better.

Hmm, had the second half tonight and it was still rather tight. Did open up a little and did smoot out a bit but only every so slightly to the point where I wonder if there is any fruit back there or if that is it and the wine is entirely about structure. ....left just a bit for tomorrow to find out if it goes to vinegar of if it opens up a bit more.
