What a pretty little bottle from a good vintage and for $25. Nice solid structure, very clean fruit, cedar, elegant. A bit modern in style. Thought initially that it was not Burgundy (we did a single blind tasting just for the helluvit).

Having said that, very little complexity, little minerality. I'd like to see what this guy could do with a great vineyard.

I'm just amazed at the quality of this wine for the relatively small sum that was extracted out of me for this ($25) I should have trusted my pushers and bought a few more. holding up very well 8 years into its life which is more than I can say for many other burgs of even higher costs.
