Blackberries, black cherries and spice on the nose and upfront with the right amount of oak, not overdone at all, moderate finish, 13.5% alc/vol and about $15. With pork loin and sliced spuds with gravy and baby carrots. Another go-to wine. Grateful to the two sisters who own La Crema for producing a good value pinot.
