QPR Alert! $14.99 burgundy that many at many times its price could not match!

Really nice but reserved nose that got better over time. It was almost fragrant and floral almost. Nice fruits and the flavors comes in on you in layers. Fruits then wood than a nice clearing level of acid, but everything still working out well. Only the finish was a bit shorter than desire but still medium length. Developed well over the two hours in the bottle. Think I'll go back for a case.

This bottle was even better than the last

From Mercurey, Dark garnet in color. Nice nose still with a floralness about it on first open, but movign quickly this time to dark, fresh fruits, cassis, and a zing of freshness, like a mint. Nice mouth filling, but juicy and tight with good amounts of tannins and a just a bit too much acidity I think..but keeps things fresh.
