Dusty garnet in color with an earthy cherry nose. Light textured upfront dark cherry on the entry, with mild tannins on a moderatly long finish. Was served with a pot roast. Tried this on the recomendation of a local merchant ($24.00), enjoyable but still havent found a Pinot that knocks my socks off. (must admit that I really havent tried to many....but have a few more to post on .....the search continues!)

Keep in mind the 97s were not that great ...

Wouldn't this be on the down side for a PN of this vintage?
