What a pretty bottle! (my wife said that) What ever sells the product, I thought, and almost didn't buy it just because of that, but it is from Oregon, sooo...
Opened it last night. Let it sit in the glass for 15 min. before I tasted it. It had a sharpness I don't like at first, then, after about a half hour (big glass, slow sipping, lots of swirling) it started to calm down. After an hour it was lovely! I began to taste all kinds of berries, raspberry, blueberry, black currant, etc.
I have got to get a decanter today.
