Continuing our recent pinot phase, my wife and I had this one last night and really enjoyed it, especially for the price.

Red cherry color, and sour cherry nose. Tastes of same, but there seemed to be a bit of complexity with some pine and liquorice (perhaps from the 25% mondeuse grapes in the blend?). Good, refreshing acidity. Some light vanilla on the finish. Decanted 30 minutes.

Alc. 13%. Bought it for $15.99 at Binny's in Chicago. Will look for it here in Atlanta (think I saw some at the new Whole Foods grocery store). I like the QPR.
