Had a glass at a DC restaurant yesterday. Deep purple color. Smell of dark cherries carried over to the taste. Ever so slightly smoky. Medium body but a long finish. Some pepper or burn on the finish--better midpalate. I like this wine and wish it were carried locally (have to try Raleigh area retailers to get it).

I don't know if I've seen it in Atlanta, but I almost brought some back from Chicago the last time I visited my brother. I'll look for it.
