I sat down with a large bowl of pasta with a simple tomato based sauce and broke open a wedding gift, this pinot. My wife and I were never real pinot fans, but this one takes us over. A nice flavored wine that sat very well in my mouth and buzzed the palate with a perfect light flavor. Sorry for less description, I'm still new at it. I do know that the tannins were perfect and the wine enhanced an excellent meal. We bought a few more of these at a Health Food store in Chico and break them out every so often. 89 in my book.

The buzz was from the acid in the wine and the tomatoes having a ball on your palate. Just love those buzzes myself.
